IFY / Wellness Platform

IFY Fit You wearable band and wellness app

IFY Fit You is a wearable band integrated with a wellness app, built to record data such as sleep duration, heart rate, and blood oxygenation — turning that data into personalized analysis, guidance, and valuable insights for the person wearing it.

Product objectives: integrated prevention, focus on scientific data, and reducing risk factors

The product’s goal was to build an integrated prevention and health platform, grounded in scientific data on nutrition and physical and mental health — reducing variable risk factors and drawing the user into continuous care, not just reactive care.

The product’s edge is its gamified journey: instead of a cold metrics dashboard, the experience guides the user through phases inspired by places around the world (Kerala, Sahara, Amazon, California, Dolomites), with points, rankings, and expert content — like video tips from performance coaches — turning progress into something playful and emotional.

The design work balanced technical health data with a warm, human visual language: IFY isn’t meant to be a passive observer, but an active partner in the pursuit of well-being — communicating with empathy and recognizing that everyone’s health goals are personal and emotional.

Core features: health task lists, rankings, community, virtual assistant, and mood diary

Core features include task lists for physical health, mental health, and productivity; a score ranking with achievements; social interaction and a support community; a virtual assistant for personalized guidance; virtual rewards; a user feedback channel; and a diary to record emotions and mood throughout the journey.

Expected product result: changed habits, user satisfaction, and reduced risk

The expected outcome goes beyond the app itself: changing users’ daily routines, increasing satisfaction with personalized, accessible care, and reducing health risk — since even moderate weight loss brings real gains in cardiovascular health, diabetes control, sleep, and overall well-being.
