Banco do Brasil — Cassi Telemedicine

User manual for the Telessaúde CASSI APS platform

A telemedicine project developed for Cassi, the health plan for Banco do Brasil employees. The focus was building an accessible app for a broad, diverse audience, making sure remote appointments were simple to book and attend, even for users with little familiarity with health apps.

Platform services: Primary Health Care, Immediate Care, Appointment Scheduling, and Health History

The platform brings together four core services: Primary Health Care, Immediate Care, Appointment Scheduling, and Health History — all in one app, with 24-hour support to answer questions at any time.

Accessing the platform via the website or the CASSI app

Access was designed to be simple from the very first step: members can use the platform via the website or the CASSI app, with two-factor login to protect personal health data.

Immediate care flow: triage queue, nurse consultation, doctor consultation, and rating

In immediate care, the user joins a triage queue and tracks their position in real time. A nurse performs the initial triage and refers the patient to a doctor; at the end of the visit, the member can rate the appointment, contributing to continuous service improvement.

Appointment scheduling flow: suggested date, contact confirmation, and booking confirmation

Appointment scheduling automatically suggests the nearest available date with the member’s health professional, but also lets them freely choose another date and time. After confirming email and phone, the booking is confirmed with a clear success screen.

The work included user research, defining scheduling and consultation flows, and constant alignment with the brand and security standards required by a large financial institution.
